The journal publishes significant scientific works, not previously published, corresponding to its subject, possessing scientific novelty, and containing the authors' own research results. Languages: Kazakh, Russian, English.
Authors retain the rights to their works, allowing free use with mandatory attribution and reference to the publication in SARDAR. Authors may distribute their article in other sources with a mandatory reference to the original publication.
Retraction is applied upon detection of plagiarism, duplicate publications, falsification and data fabrication, serious errors, incorrect author list composition, undisclosed conflicts of interest, or publication without the author's consent.
The decision is made by the editorial board or upon request from the author(s). A retracted article remains in the archive labeled “RETRACTED,” with the date and reason. Payment for retracted articles is non-refundable.
Editor-in-Chief. Leads the journal's work, coordinates publishing activities, approves manuscript requirements, makes publication decisions, and signs the journal for print.
Deputy Editor-in-Chief. Organizes editorial work, decides on acceptance or rejection of articles, resolves disputes, and acts as Editor-in-Chief in their absence.
Scientific Editor. Reviews manuscripts and peer reviews, assists authors in revision, checks compliance with reviewers' comments, prepares materials for reviewer agreements.
Executive Secretary. Plans and prepares materials for publication, selects content, helps improve structure and layout, verifies citations, data, and terminology, prepares the publication per journal requirements.
